What Does the Childers Home Protection Plan Include?
We’ve designed the Childers Home Protection Plan to cover all the critical aspects of your home’s systems, providing you with comprehensive care that ensures your home is always a safe and comfortable place to live.
The plan is only eligible in Raleigh, Fayette, Nicholas, Summers, Mercer, and Greenbrier, Monroe counties.
Membership benefits can be used immediately (price savings, etc.), but membership services (PM’s, safety check, etc.) must be pre-scheduled and cannot be used on the day of the appointment.
Must be a residential property and the system cannot be larger than 5 tons. The generator membership only covers Generac generators smaller than 28 kW in size.

Our Annual Preventative Maintenance is the cornerstone of the Childers Home Protection Plan, scheduled during the off-peak seasons (February-April or September-November) to prepare your systems for the demanding months ahead.

How Much Does the Childers Home Protection Plan Cost?
The Childers Home Protection Plan is priced at $299 plus tax per year for a single-system HVAC membership, covering one annual preventative maintenance visit (retail value $1,062), a 20-point plumbing safety check and water heater flush (retail value $285), and a 28-point electrical safety check (retail value $273).
That’s over $1,600 in retail service value, all included in a single annual membership, plus a reduced $49 service fee on every visit and 15% off any repairs throughout the year.
An optional Generac generator add-on is available for an additional $299 plus tax per year, covering annual oil changes, preventative maintenance, battery replacement every three years, and a load shed inspection (retail value $489).
