"I just wanted to follow-up and let you know the Trane System that Childers installed is working great. We had it installed in the winter season, so we didn't use AC until this summer. It's working perfectly! We live in the Snowshoe area...hard to believe we went this long without central heat and air...it has really improved the quality of life for my family. Mark and Ted were great to work with and came up with a plan that would work for our home, which was a total retrofit. Evan and Jason were probably the best customer driven, technical specialist crew that I have ever worked with. They spent two weeks at our home driving back and forth from Snowshoe to Beckley every day. There was not one day they were here that they were not great to work with. They let me be a part of the installation, which I appreciated, so I had an understanding of where the breakers were, lines were being run and an overall understanding of the furnace and heat pump.
